The condo is just next to a wet market and Super Tanker Food Court. (Home of famous Aki PanCake & award winning Fried Oyster) The new Sg. Nibong bus terminal is less than a kilometer away and the building has easy access to the coastal highway, BJ Complex and USM.

The home is clean and retrofitted with Streamyx Broadband, Phone, Refrigerator & basic kitchen. Note: The utilities charges are not part of the rent. There is one Mid sized room with bed and cupboard @ RM190/month (not negotiable), immediately available. Another smaller sized room is unfurnished and renting @ RM160/month only available July 15th onwards.

There is no condo car park, but ample car park outside the condo. preferably Chinese.
