Japanese Translation Help Needed

My wife got this bottle of Sake as a gift from a Japanese friend many years ago. The color of the Sake has changed, and we were wondering if it has expired. It has not been opened before, and we were curious if it is still good to be taken. I searched for an Expiration date, but none could be found. For those who read Japanese, could some help to translate some of the wording found on the bottle/box for me? I am interested to find out the expiration date…

Hi. I couldn’t see the expiry date, but the sake was produced in January 2000 (second row, right pic).

Also, it’s supposed to be chilled before you drink it.

Thanks norzu, looks like I have to dare dare drink and see… wonder if expired sake will turn into poison or not… hymm…..
