As the world trying to go Green, to sustain itself for future generations, I wonder if we can have similar concept for blogging.  But, before I dwell long into this, I have notice a basic flaw in this concept.  Firstly, blogging uses computers, and computers are not ROHS compliant.  At least not all of the components are.  If you have a laptop, it is even worst, there is this battery thing, which is public enemy numero uno to the environment.  This is particularly true when there is no proper disposal.  But even in the battery making process, many trees are chop down to mine for nickel, again, anti-green.  So, the question now is, will we ever have a green blog? Can we proudly say that we are 100% Green one day? I believe so, when methane gas powers a ROHS computer, we can call ourself green bloggers.  For now, we can only keep consumption minimal, meaning, not leaving the computer on 24hrs a day, minimize the blog design, so that it consume less space and blog less, that would consume less energy, which means less nuclear reactor…..
